Ok, this is my problem:

I have ADSL in my house, what i do is connect my main PC to the DSL modem, i have a 2nd NIC card
which i use for connection sharing, that goes thru a switch (regular switch, no router)....
after that, i connect my laptop to it and at some point it seems to work like a charm.... or does it?

well, thing is, there are lots of pages which dont want to open.... not every pages, just some...

any ideas?? prolly the NAT???
how can this be fixed?
thanx

Goosy,

Sounds more like a DNS problem to me Check the tcp/ip properties on your laptop to make sure they match (DNS entries) with your main pc.

What os's you runnin? XP? I don't think the nat is the issue...

/me is looking for some good Dovin'
