Unfortunately, they exclude Canon and Epson cartridges, because (a Walgreens spokesperson said) they are pressurized and the refill machines can't handle them.
At any rate, today only, according to the ad in local papers and on their website, you can get a free cartridge refill (color or black & white) at participating Walgreens stores. Note the word "participating." You can see an image of the coupon (from their website) on the right.
