Microsoft is about to kick off its anual customer conference for IT Pros and developers from around the world.
More than 12,000 customers, partners, journalists, industry analysts,
and Microsoft staff will converge on Boston for five days.
This year, Tech·Ed attendees will enjoy 480 breakout sessions, 300
chalk talks, 120 hands-on labs, hundreds of product demonstrations and
countless hours of networking and information sharing with Microsoft
experts as well as partners and industry peers.
It's expected that Microsoft will reveal the Windows Live Dev portal which will act as a hub for developer-focused information. A lot of focus will be put on Microsoft Office 2007 and its advantages to developers and 3rd party software makers.
Tune into the conference which is due to start 7PM EST (GMT -5).
