Descrambler & converter for Digital cable?

Well I don't have Digital cable. However I was wondering if I buy a descrambler & converter will it really be digital cable?

I have a regular descrambler & converter now. It's not digital though. I was thinking about buying the Cleartron Platinum-X 2001.

Yeah ... You need digital cable for it to work dude - I think I might get one of those myself, Then Ican watch the pay-per-views for nothing

****EDIT - I won't be getting one - It only works to channel 99, most of the good stations are higher channel numbers than that.

fucking sucks yea all the good channels here are from 100 to 999 lol
