Port Mapping In Win.net Server

I can´t find the options(=menu) for port mapping of services and applications for inbound/outbound traffic. I´m trying to get this bl***y Serv-U to use that passive port range I have defined as forwarded in my router.

I have come to the conclusion(?) that the OS overides the settings in Serv-U ? If I`m wrong I would be much grateful if YOU could help me out with this mess
