Hey GUYS,

I am woking on a computer for a frend that has winXP home edition. I suspect it also has the sasser. I dunno if it is a variant but it keeps rebooting, even before you reach the login screen. has anyone seen this before? if so how can i get rid of it?

any help appreciated.

You may want to try the Sasser Removal Tool from Symantec. Go to the following site, and read up on how to remove it. Somewheres in the middle of the page, you'll see a link to download the tool:
