anyone know of any other email apps that allow you to have backgrounds in your emails, have a notifier, and has skins for it?

wikmail - doesn't ever seem to be updating the background site and there are only a few skins available for it.

incredimail costs too much. i know you can use it for free but you can't design your own backgrounds in that version.

so anyone know of any others that is similar to incredimail and wikmail? thanks in advance.
