I like and use Max Registry Cleaner but only use when needed!
To clean up after uninstalling a program, use a uninstaller like
Your Uninstaller. (Shareware)
It will clean up the Registry while it uninstalls.
I personally use both Max Registry Cleaner and Your Uninstaller
