what do I need to do for security
I am looking forseveral ways to stop my computer information from poping up. By this I mean if i visit a forum and they have a little sign that says your IP is this and your DNS is this I geta little uneasy. It is easy to do online banking, ordering products from online vendors and such; so I would like to find a way to block websites or anything from my personal data. I know that they can trace my DNS from my website but there must de a way of encryption to prevent it as well as blocking other programs such as root kits, trojans, viruses, and such. security is very important and I want to be like a ghost kinda. I dont like the idea of my connection information displayed even if it is only to me, it shows that I need to fix this. I am afraid the next time something like this happens they will tell me when to let the cat out and what shoe size I wear! LOL
So if anyone has any advice about a way to block or mask my ip & DNS as well as encryption any advice is welcome!
