With Yahoo! releasing its top searches of the year (

On the Today Show earlier this week, Google VP of Search and User Experience Marissa Mayer revealed Google's "fastest rising U.S. search terms." Note that this list *may not* be the same as the end-of-year Zeitgeist list (
http://www.google.com/intl/en/press/zeitgeist2006.html) Google publishes every year; that is usually released at the end of the year ... and they haven't announced this list as such.
