It's obviously not as sleek and cool as Iron Man, or even the powered suits worn in Starship Troopers (the animated series (

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Starshi...s_%28film%29)), but it's getting there. Sarcos, a Utah-based company, has been working for years on real-life exoskeletons for the military. Recently purchased by Raytheon, Sarcos' exoskeletons are starting to get impressively realistic, though definitely still not a threat to Iron Man.
