Taiwan’s E-Ten has unwrapped its latest Glofiish smartphone, the X600: a slim tablet-like handset that packs in Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth 2.0, all for what the company promised would be an “affordable price”.
What will you get for your money? A 107 x 58 x 14.7mm, 136g handset that’s based around a 2.8in, 240 x 320, 65,536-colour display. It runs Windows Mobile 6 Pro on a 400MHz Samsung CPU backed by 64MB of Ram and 128MB of Rom.
The phone’s wireless networking support stretches to 802.11b/g, and it’ll connect to Bluetooth 2.0 devices at Extended Data Rate (EDR) speeds.
