ZipGenius is a free software that can compress files in several compressed archive formats, designed to run under any version of Windows®. It is absolutely free, it doesn’t show advertising messages while running, it doesn’t collect user personal data e it doesn’t require any registration in order to use all its features. ZipGenius can create and handle several archive formats, including ZIP, RAR, CAB, ACE, 7-zip, ARC, SQX; also, it can read and decompress CD/DVD images in ISO9660 format (.ISO, .NRG, .CMI).
What's new:* The "zgtips.dll" shell extension is no longer installed under Windows Vista®, where it was causing many Windows Explorer crashes.
* Fixed the bug that produced the "Zip64 mode not enabled", which was preventing users from creating zip files larger than 4 GB.
* The "Apply" button associated to language selection the option dialog, now it is translated in real time when the user selects a different language.
