It just hids microsoft programs or sets them as defult. Just the state vs microsoft agreement crap. It does not isntall anything, it just hides them.
Kinda cool really. Like if u were to buy a Dell computer they could set their own defaults for you. So when u first ran your coomputer it would be what dell picked. But then you can always set it back to mirosoft.
I like it too cause my default settings were fucked up and it fixed it all. That was kinda nice.
