As laptops are growing ever more popular, more people are looking for a notebook mouse. It's perfectly possible to control a notebook with its trackpad but everyone who has used a notebook for a couple of hours will know that these trackpads aren't really convenient. A real mouse is still a lot more comfortable to use and therefore more and more people are in the market for a notebook mouse.
