though I never had no trouble with my Radeon 64 ViVo Retail (PAL) at all
latest Win 2K drivers are better if you ask me, 3224 is the latest you can find it at
Rage3D
as for the Matrox, I don't know, is it on the compatible list?
make sure you use the latest 2K (or XP) drivers
