With many IT players expanding their business by acquiring others over the past few years, TH Tung, the vice chairman of Asustek Computer and chairman of Kinsus Interconnect Technology commented that there is no principle to indicate whether acquisition or separation is good or bad. Both acquisition and separation are methods for an enterprise to adjust itself and strengthen its competitiveness in the market.
