NEW YORK (Reuters) - New York State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo has sued Dell Inc. over the computer maker's sales practices, the Wall Street Journal reported in its online edition on Tuesday.
The suit alleges Dell and its financial services engaged in deceptive practices to sell computers, the Journal reported. These included misleading promises of financing terms and interest rates.
