Logitech do not support this webcam with Windows Vista BUT if you install the latest XP drivers from here:
http://www.logitech.com/pub/techsupp...m/qc848enu.exe
Reboot and then install the software/driver pack from here:
http://www.logitech.com/pub/techsupp.../qc1050enu.exe
It installs all the latest drivers and the new vista 32bit software
