When you NOT loaded this MS-Update from 14.12.06, you can ever run the Vista Ultimate with the License from Build 5744 (RC2) with you original Key from MS (Public Beta 2).
I hav se today this Update and another for Windows Defender. I load only this for Windows Defender in my Vista Ultimate, and all is ok. My Vista Ultimate run to 1.6.07 with the RC2 original Key from MS.
