Being first to market with a new technology is always difficult and news has it that Samsung's BD-P1000 Blu-ray player has hit yet another snag. Stemming from a passage in the instruction manual and supposed sources close ot the Blu-ray camp seem to confirm that the current unit does not support the upcoming 50GB Blu-ray discs. Ironically, the BD-P1000 was originally delayed to further test it's support of the discs, though the same sources claim the test discs were simply not made available in time.
