Thank you for pointing towards the right direction.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

AutoRestartShell to 0 and AutoAdminLogon to 1 with a couple of Reboots did the trick.
