Well, almost all the guys say it is the problem with the JPEG. ;-) mmm, might be, actually cos it is 1MB as the thread-starter said. But, a P4 1.8GHz! plus 256MB RAM! can't think such a computer will come to a state where it goes: "No Virtual Memory". I reckon to show it to your shop. If you haven't still fixed the problem
