If you want ease of use in a program, use BitBeamer (
http://www.bitbeamer.com/). If you want a powerful, stable, and common prog, opt for FlashFXP. If you want something free, try SmartFTP.
Btw, I don't recommend you go near CuteFTP or WS_FTP. I've had some of the worst experiences with them, plus they are not compatible with some FTP servers.
