Just right click on IE desktop icon and click properties and then click the settings button for browsing history. Change the amount of disk space to use to 50mb. Thats the recommaned amount for broadband connections.

If you click the view trusted files button it will take you to the tempary ie files so you can delete them all there. Funny as hell how its called trusted files lol
