If you check some of the online reviews I think that you will agree that the Epson is by far the best. I have an Epson Photo 870 and couldn't be more pleased. I print a lot of photos and as already noted a big part of a quality print is the paper. I've found with Epson you are better off with their paper. With a 2 meg camera I can print 8x10s that look as good at any regular picture.
