merlin is an unknown quantity at this point
I got same thing when i tried to install without the certificate and i wouldn't use the certificate thats was supplied because its orgin was unknown so i gave up and deleted it.

Maybe give this one a whirl Internet Explorer v7 Build 5299 some point today when i get time see if it works ok
