Ex-AMD man says Gates fell asleep on job
EX-AMD EMPLOYEE Rana Mainee has not had a good time with the chief software architect of Microsoft, it has emerged.
Mr Mainee said yesterday that he'd argued with Bill Gates about a missing pixel on the Kashmiri border but then recounted an earlier occasion he met the man when flying to CeBIT in 1987. Gates, said Mainee, boarded the plane late. Mainee hoped that he could engage with the chap on the flight over to Hannover. But, much to his chagrin, Gates put the in flight blanket over his head and promptly fell asleep.
