Dudelive is an unknown quantity at this point
As with the tech support...not to offend anyone, but most times you can not understand them very good and they can not understand you that well either. So when your computer don't boot-up they usually will lead you through reinstalling your OS and most times will NOT warn you that ALL will be lost.
If you complain as to what is about to happen then they will explain that the best way is to do it their way.
Even if you do buy a prebuilt system be sure you know ahead what will be covered with warranty, I have one here now that the customer did NOT know that they paid for a full 3 year on-site warranty less than a year ago. If I had know it before I got it here I would have been glad to lead her in the correct direction as to repairs through her warranty tech. I am doing her a favor (no charge) beause she lost patience trying to talk to the tech.

Oh yeah by the way it is a dell dimension 4700 P4 2.8 with onboard video and only 256 meg of ram.....A real video card and 512 meg of ram and this would be great but as is my 1900 athlon will smoke it.

Thanks
