ANOTHER FIRM that received a subpoen from AMD in its antitrust case against Intel has registered its objections to being called.

Synnex filed a notice of objection to the court which will hear the case on the 8th of November. Several firms including Lenovo, NEC and Hitachi have now filed objections to the subpoenas. Meanwhile, the judicial panel on multitrust litigation has transferred a number of associated antitrust cases to be heard in a consolidated case by the Delaware judge, Joseph J. Farman. Those include 10 cases from the Northern District of California.
