R2 Release Candidate 1 is Now Available for Download!
The Microsoft Windows Server R2 Team is pleased to announce the release of the Windows Server R2 RC1 build!
This release marks a significant milestone in the development cycle and would not have been possible without your contributions.
Your dedication and enthusiasm to helping us release only the best product possible has kept us busy over the last 10 months!

As with all previous R2 builds, it is not possible to upgrade from any previous build nor will it be possible to upgrade
from this build to any future escrow or release candidates.

All previously issued keys will activate the new Tech Beta Refresh build.
If you are experiencing problems, please ensure that you are using the SP1 1830 build that is located on BetaPlace.
This build is specifically setup to work with our R2 beta keys. This key will not activate other 1830 builds.
