Start -> Run -> "cmd"
then at the command prompt type this and see if it doesn't help you
"net view"
then you should get an output that reads all of the computers "net-bios" names out on a screen ex:
\\computer1 and a description
so you could then type ping computer1 and it would give you the IP addy
as far as a command that does all i'm not aware of one....
