The MSN team has released MSN Messenger 7.5.0299 to the website!
Key new features are Voice clips and Dynamic Backgrounds. Voice clips are short clips that you can send to your contacts with a click of a button. Dynamic Backgrounds are animated backgrounds for conversation windows.
You can also link from websites to do such tasks as Add a contact, Send a Message, and Start a voice/video conversation.
