OK...
Reset RDRAM. Nothing changed.
Took 2 sticks out.
MB beeped for the first time, like it has some life in it left.
Put all back, no beeps again.
So may be it is partially shot, so it has to go, I guess, just in case.
Plugged in new Power Supply,
exactly like you say , Guys, fans work, HDs blink and then stop.
Never goes beyond Supermicro screen.
Will order a new MB.
Cannot see anything else now.
