I believe that is incorrect. Seeing as I have spoked personally with a few Microsoft employees about this and all of said that Windows Anti Spy-ware will shall remain free. However, I am not surprised if there will end up being two versions. That is a standalone version and a more powerful version that becomes part of WOC.
