Let me be more specific.
There are some programs like
HDD Regenerator that allows us to burn a bootable CD. In its drop down menu of the devices, it is listing my DVD Burner and CD Burner, also the virtual DVD ROM. So I was wondering if there was a way to create Virtual CD/DVD Burners which will just list as those DVD/CD Burners so that I can pick the virtual CD/DVD Burner to write the bootable CD to an ISO/BIN.

This is like Nero Image Drive (which is only functional inside Nero). I just wished it worked at System level.
