I got a mailer from them a few weeks ago, and was tempted, especially since i was having alot of problems with Vonnage and incoming calls...
I dont think they suported faxing and that is important to me..
Vonnage customer service has been atrocious for me, and the next time I have any issues, I am gonna dump them for someone else..they never call/ or write back when you have issues, and if you can't get through to their phone support, there is NO service at all..
