this article lets you know that phone lines are wired in parallel, so when you plug the adapter directly into the wall outlet, it will transfer the signal to all other wall outlets!! BUT BEWARE...YOU MUST DISCONNECT the outside wiring of the home, so it wont blow up your inside equipment if your old phone company sends a signal down the line or something, it tells you what to do and stuff, READ the article!
