I installed the newest version of Microsoft AntiSpyware yesterday afternoon.
What a disaster.
Everything seemed fine untill I tried dailing into the internet last night. It seems somehow Microsoft AntiSpyware disabled or locked my ports and I could not do anything. Ended up reloading XP on another HD and this is why I am here now.
Don't know if anyone might have an idea of what happened. When trying to d/l email OE said there was a "socket error" of some sorts. Can this be fixed?
Not 100% sure it was Microsoft AntiSpyware, but 90%.
