In order to dual boot between W2K Pro and .NET Server you install W2K first on drive C. Then you install .NET into drive D.
I just did this and had no problem with NTLDR, NTDETECT.COM or BOOT.INI.
When I boot my comp I have a menu to choose from. No need for a W2K boot diskette. The version of .NET I used is the latest one - RC1.
