Or if u just have all the files themseleves then u just copy to:
%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\Something here\Microsoft\Outlook Express
Read that ok have to find out what the something here part is...
And then in outlook express u do File > import > messages. And select outlook express 6 and correct idenity and should restore ok.
