Those things are kinda cool. A friend of mine has one that he uses for his ipod on the road. Just plug the unit into the cig lighter, and then the ipod into the unit and bam, music through your car speakers
Pretty nice. However, one of the drawbacks I have noticed with it is FM interference. If you are on a FM channel that is close to an actual channel that is being broadcasted, you will get distortion when playing your music
The units I have seen play on the lower FM frequencies (88.1 - 89.9 or so) which usually isnt a problem, unless you are in a town which uses one of those low frequencies for something. But yes, overall a pretty good deal
