Reinstalling is best.... that said, what can sometimes work is if you delete everyting from device manager, put the drives on the new board and restart.... windows will pick up all the new hardware and load the drivers. No guarantees, mind. I've heard there is a file you can delete that gets rid of all device info in windows that does it better but for the life of me I can't remember where I saw the info.
