Open any folder, click on Tools-->Folder Options---->View. Scroll down to the last option and clear the check box- the option should be Simple File Shaing. Browse to the folder you want to see the contents of, right click the folder and select Sharing and Security. On the security tab of the new applet add either your self or the admin account and give it full permissions to the folder. Apply the changes and you can now access the folder.
