From what I remember about WPA you shouldn't need to reactivate XP again unless you are changing more than the motherboard. Also remeber that if the motherboard isn't the same as the original one it is best to do a reformat anyways because you might experice some driver conflicts. Also if it has been over 120 days you don't need to call in to reactivate you can do it from the computer over the internet.
