Try running SFC to scan for altered files. If it detects that file as being the wrong version, it should give you an option to restore it. If that doesn't work the run SFC & tell it to
Start - Run - SFC - Extract 1 file - input (shdocvw.dll) - Start - Restore From: C:\WINDOWS\OPTIONS\CABS\ (or cdrom drive letter) Save File In: (c:\windows\system) - OK)
Also the latest version of the file is 6.0.2900.2518 which I have attached. See if that helps.
