Stringent is an unknown quantity at this point
I tend to think onboard stuff is a lot of hassle in the long run, plus I have never heard of the GRG mobo either. I know of 845G and 845E chipsets, thats about it.

Why not go for AMD instead? Cheaper and faster than P4's in most cases.
