The problem is that chip is 533MHz FSB and not a lot of boards support it yet. It really needs to Intel 850E chipset as opposed to the more common 850 to run with Rambus at 533.
If it was a P4 at 400MHz I also would have said Abit, the TH7-II board is awesome and has 4 RDRAM slots to support that much memory.
I'm not even sure if Abit has a 850E board yet.
