Try using MS Excel:
1. Open the text file in Excel, each line will be in a single cell,
2. Click on DATA -> FILTER -> ADVANCED FILTER,
3. Fill in the appropriate data range fields, and
4. Check the unique records only box,
5. Execute the command, and save back to the text file.
