Thanks to help from Belthazor et al I am 99% there with the audio capture.
I have found a nice little free program at h**p.//www.rawavrecorder.homestead.com which automatically converts.ra (and other audio formats) into .wav as it records.
The problem is that it only does 1 file at a time. Anyone got any devices that will allow multiple file conversion.
